You guys both look great! I can tell a difference. Zach has been doing the same thing and once this baby comes, so will I. I may have to get some tips from you!
Girls, all I can say is boys can lose weight faster and easier than girls, Brandon can give up food, and work out like crazy and the pounds just fall off! I Love (and when I say love, it is an understatement) Food!! So that was my biggest challenge. I started off by giving up my most favorite food except of Friday (The day I can eat whatever I want in moderation). I would have to say my biggest food enemy is bread! So basically I gave up bread, and substituted Slim Rite for breakfast every morning and that is how I lost my weight! Now I am trying to tone up and slim down, and I am finding that I am going to have to change my diet again…..so once I figure that out I will let you all know! Also, they say it take 21 days to make or break a habit, so if you give something up and stick with it for 21 days it won’t be so hard to go without it!
